It seems lately like the second day after I lift is when the soreness sets in. Weird. I’m much more accustomed to the day after lifting being the most brutal to get up and roll. I’m sure there’s a reason, but I’m open to suggestions.

Nevertheless, I think the lifting is important. I’m not really worried about the amount of weight I lift, so much as getting my form down correctly and working to exhaustion. I’m starting to see big improvements in the definition of my arms and my legs which looks so much better than flab and cankles.

Anyway, I’m sore and rambling. Off to bed.
