Eating like a skinny person
Every once in a while, I kinda toss the points out of the window, and, instead, eat like I’d think a skinny person would. That means, if I go out to a restaurant, I get a meal, and possibly a side salad. No appetizers, no dessert, because most skinny people I know don’t indulge in such things on a regular basis. I don’t pass on the hamburger, or the small steak, but I do pass on the double anything, or the Ol’ 96er…
Afterwards, I do my point calculations, and typically, I do pretty well. When I don’t, those are where I use my weekly extra points. It’s just kind of my little take on the Weight Watchers ideal .
