Soon To Be Skinny Sooner

A good day for unexpected happenings. First, Toronto beats Detroit. At Detroit. On Banner Night.

Then, I drop 4 1/2 pounds at weigh-in. I really thought I’d be over this week, after some dinners out. I’d made decent choices throughout the week, even at dinner, and I think that helped. So, I’m happy. The goal for next week is to get under 400.
